797ph Terms & Conditions - Legal Agreement for Platform Use

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the 797ph Platform and participate in real-money gaming activities, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling operations.
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines with a valid Philippine identification document.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program or gambling prohibition registry.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or using the account for the benefit of any third party.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by 797ph for violation of these Terms.

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents when requested as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any account balance.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 797ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. You agree to immediately notify 797ph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You will be held liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you report the unauthorized access to our customer support team.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 797ph Platform. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing betting limits, or evading account restrictions, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and upon discovery, 797ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all wagers, confiscate bonuses and winnings, and retain any deposits as compensation for breach of Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

All financial transactions on the 797ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya/PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and other authorized payment processors. Deposits: All deposits are processed immediately or within minutes depending on the payment method. 797ph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 5. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 797ph Platform and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or engaging in minimal-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, sharing hand information in poker games, or any form of player cooperation designed to defraud the house or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting delays in odds updates, taking advantage of technical errors, or engaging in risk-free betting across multiple platforms.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access your account or accessing another player's account.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software or technology used by 797ph.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location or bypass geographic restrictions.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and possible reporting to law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected. 797ph employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to conduct investigations into any account activity deemed suspicious.

6. Gaming Rules and Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 797ph Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules governing each game type. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface and on our website. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only when you receive confirmation through the Platform interface. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts, or close accounts without providing reasons. Bets placed after an event has started (late bets), bets placed in error, or bets accepted due to technical malfunctions may be voided at our discretion.

Results and Settlements: All gaming results are determined by the official outcome as determined by the relevant game provider or sports authority. Results are final and binding. Settlement of bets occurs automatically upon determination of results. In cases of disputed results or technical errors, 797ph reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of system malfunction, technical error, or incorrect game display, all affected bets may be voided regardless of outcome. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds displayed, games malfunctioning mid-play, software bugs affecting results, or any other technical anomaly. 797ph's decision regarding voided bets is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from 797ph.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 797PH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 797ph does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You assume all risk associated with use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to 797ph during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending obligations.

797ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) providing false information during registration; (d) violating responsible gaming policies; (e) abusive behavior toward staff or other players; or (f) at our sole discretion.

Upon termination for cause, 797ph may retain any account balances as compensation for damages and may refuse to process pending withdrawals. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

Step 1 - Customer Support: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting our customer support team in good faith. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels.

Step 2 - Formal Complaint: If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint detailing the nature of the dispute and your requested resolution. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

Step 3 - Legal Action: If the dispute remains unresolved after the complaint process, you agree that any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS AS A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 797ph regarding use of the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our express written consent. 797ph may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without your consent.
